Marie Galante

Marie-Galante is an island of the Caribbean Sea located south of Guadeloupe and north of Dominica. It is a dependency of Guadeloupe, which is an overseas french department. Marie Galante is circular in shape with rolling hills and its beaches are considered some of the most beautiful in Guadeloupe. The northern coast is characterized by its impressive cliffs. Today Marie-Galante reminds you of Guadeloupe as it was fifty years ago: retaining its agricultural tradition, this warm and welcoming island is almost entirely dedicated to the cultivation of sugar cane.
