Termessos is an important antique city on the saddle between the peaks of the Solymos Mountain (today called Güllük) in the southwest of the Pisidia area, called "Milyas". The city was founded by the Solyms, one of the oldest Anatolian communities. It is one of the most impressive antique city protected within the forest with beautiful landscapes. The Güllük Mountain (Termessos) National Park serves with its flora and fauna. It gives protection to many bird and animal species, most of which are classified to be endangered.
