Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is located on a plateau of rocky boulders rising out of the semi-desert, with an outstanding collection of more than 6,000 rock engravings bearing testimony to 40,000 years of rock art. It's a Unesco Heritage site.  After you might be interested by a visit of a unique site with 300 of the planet's estimated 700 mud volcanoes.
Also visit the Absheron Peninsula with the Ateshgah Mebedi Fire Temple and the famous mosque : Mir Movsum Aga Ziyaretgahi.
