Noravank Monastery -

Selim Caravanserai

Built in the 13th century, the Noravank monastery is a lovely example of the ornate architecture of the period. The site is comprised of three surviving churches, each decorated in intricate designs and religious reliefs.
You will access the monastery along a beautiful canyon.
Selim caravanserai is situated just below the summit of the pass and offers wonderful views down along the valley. This caravanserai is the best preserved in Armenia and one of the best preserved in the world.
